Delicious international cuisine with Central American specialties is prepared daily using only the freshest fruits, vegetables, meats and fish. All staterooms offer picture windows and private facilities.

| Description: Accommodating just 80 passengers in 41 outside cabins the MS Polaris has been traveling the world since 1987 . She now is stationed year round in the Galapagos Islands. Her fleet of zodiacs with expert Naturalist and zodiac driver’s provide easy access to coastlines and islands.
The Naturalists on board are knowledgeable, professional and energetic-the best in the business. They provide exceptional nightly lecture sessions and “recaps” of the day’s events.
All cabins are above the waterline and are well lighted with either windows or portholes. Even cabins featuring only portholes were exceptional bright and cheerful.
New developments that are soon to be implemented are sea kayaks onboard for use by guests and the availability of scuba diving for certified divers (diving has an additional charge).
